She was 23 at the time, the fourth woman to win the franchise and, according to Punch, the second-youngest winner after Ilebaye Odiniya. This profile covers what is documented about her background, the finale, the prize and her stated plans, and it points out where sources disagree.

Early life and education
Imisi’s official housemate profile lists her name, her 24 January 2002 birthday and her star sign, Aquarius, with Oyo State as her home state. Her stated interests are singing, cooking, dancing, watching movies and gaming. Wikipedia adds that she comes from Awe in Oyo State and graduated from Yaba College of Technology, citing The Nation and The Guardian.
Her education is where sources disagree. Punch’s list of ten facts says she earned a degree from the University of Ibadan. Wikipedia and the outlets it cites point to Yaba College of Technology, a polytechnic. We could not open the original Nation or Guardian features to settle the point, and the show’s profile does not mention school at all. We therefore do not state an institution as confirmed.
No reliable source names her parents or siblings, and we do not include family details.
Career before the show
Before Big Brother, Imisi was working as a fashion designer, according to Pulse Nigeria and Wikipedia. Punch describes a small but growing brand known for elegant and affordable clothing. She lists fashion design and acting as her passions on the show’s profile. There is no independent register or company filing that lets us size her business, so any figure for its revenue would be a guess.
The 10/10 season
BBNaija Season 10 premiered in late July 2025 and, per Punch, featured 29 contestants over ten weeks. Imisi entered on the first night among the earliest housemates. She introduced herself with the persona “Ijoba 606”, and her fan base adopted the name. Africa Magic’s finale feature, which is the broadcaster’s own account, says she dominated brand and sponsor tasks, with six major wins including Indomie, Guinness, TravelBeta and Lush Hair. It also describes a heated early confrontation with housemate Rooboy, after which she used her diary-room sessions to explain her feelings, and a close friendship with housemate Kola.
These descriptions come from the broadcaster, so they are favourable. For a balanced picture, note that Channels Television recorded online debate over whether her win owed something to what some fans called a “pity vote”. Imisi herself, asked about claims that regional support influenced the result, said, “Maybe. I think Yoruba people are very supportive,” according to The Guardian. Those are opinions and a quoted answer, not findings; the show does not publish regional breakdowns.
The finale on 5 October 2025
Channels Television reported that Kola, Sultana and Koyin were evicted on finale night, leaving Imisi and Dede as the final two. Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu then announced Imisi as the winner. The vote split was 42.8% for Imisi, 15.94% for Dede and 15.23% for Koyin, according to Channels Television. The Guardian gives the same 42.8% figure.
The prize
The headline figure of ₦150 million is a package value, not a cash payment. The Guardian and Channels Television both report that the winner received ₦80 million in cash and a brand-new Innoson SUV at a presentation in Ilupeju, Lagos, on Tuesday 7 October 2025, with the balance made up of sponsor benefits. Wikipedia repeats the same breakdown and also says the benefits were “expected to amount to” ₦150 million. The sponsor items are not itemised in public reports, so we do not attempt to price them.
Place in the franchise
The Guardian counts Imisi among the few women to win the show, after Mercy Eke, Phyna and Ilebaye. Punch notes that she is the second-youngest winner behind Ilebaye Odiniya, who won Season 8 at 22. The season theme, “10/10”, marked the tenth edition of the Nigerian version of the Big Brother format. Channels Television reported the prize ceremony drew representatives of MultiChoice Nigeria and sponsors, and that the hashtags #ImisiTheQueen and #BBNaija10Winner trended afterwards. Those are descriptions of attention, not measures of career success, and we avoid reading too much into them.
Plans after the win
Speaking to journalists at the presentation, Imisi said the house had shown people her acting skills: “Even housemates said I’m a great actress. I’m ready for more.” She named Funke Akindele as her “number one mentor” and said Bimbo Ademoye and Bolaji Ogunmola inspire her (The Guardian). She also said she planned to expand her fashion brand nationwide after the win (Punch). We found no verified report of a film role, a signed endorsement list or a brand launch since then, so we do not claim any.
Personal statements from the show
On entering the house, Imisi said she had left a relationship a few months earlier and was “still healing and learning”. She said she wanted a partner who offered trust and peace. Punch reports that in the house she mentioned a painful personal loss in her past and spoke about mental-health awareness, though it does not describe the loss and we do not speculate about it. In her profile she calls herself assertive and says she “narrates everything”, which fans of the show will recognise from her commentary on house drama.
