Nasboi was born in the city of Port Harcourt in the year 1992. He grew up in a mixed-faith family. His mother is a Christian, while his father is a Muslim. His upbringing and personal experiences from his childhood shaped his tolerant perspective on religion. He eventually got a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Uyo.

Nasboi always had the desire and passion for music, but he initially pursued comedy. He became famous when he started mimicking the Afrobeats icon, Davido, in skits.
