During his time there, he served in major leadership roles such as the Managing Director of the Nigerian Gas Company (NGC) and Managing Director of Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company (KRPC). He later became Group Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Gas & Power Directorate at NNPC.
